"When you gotta reach out to customer service..."
When you gotta reach out to customer service and they ain't interested in helping, they just brush off your question completely. It doesn't matter how many times you bring it up. I ended up filing a complaint with Finnish customer service after dealing with Coinmotion's support for five months. Honestly, it feels like Coinmotion doesn't really give a hoot about their customers and isn't handling their responsibilities properly.
